it's a wonderful life.... how has your life been in your sobriety?????? What is the most gratifying thing that has happened in your recovery? My recovery has opened many doors. I am going on 8 years sober and the positive things i have received have been outstanding. I have been blessed with this wonderful man, who treats me like a queen.Without my sobriety and being in recovery this would not have happened. I think of the people who are still out there andare waiting for the seed of recovery to be planted in their minds. I feel sadness for the ones who die from this disease of addiction who never got the chance to live life free of drugs and alcohol. I am getting very sentimental here, but thats OK..... Every day when you say your prayers remember the ones who are out there still. I am so happy that y Highrer Power has guided me through this road I am taking. and I have never been more proud to be a counselor in the field of addiction....
